Here are some frequently asked general questions.

What are your cellular plans used for?

Our cell plans are tailored to provide connectivity for IoT machine communications using cell modules and routers from almost every vendor.

What cellular carriers do you support?

We have plans that support in the USA: T-mobile, Verizon, AT+T, US Cellular Globally: most global carriers via Vodafone plans.

Do you have unlimited plans?

Yes, we have options for unlimited plans, but the speeds are throttled down. We have a plan that supports 64kbps speed, and another that supports 750kbps speed.

Technical Questions

Here are some frequently asked technical questions.

What is an APN and what do i need this for?

The APN is the Access Point Name and is used by the hardware to authorize the SIM on the network. You need to configure your hardware with the APN that is given to you at the time of order , for the network to allow access to the mobile network. What are the system requirements for connectivity?

The plans are set up to allow connections on LTE networks. There is no support for 2G and 3G connections within the USA or Canada. We also have some plans that can use the 5G networks, contact us about that support.

What size SIM card do i need for my device?

Its always best to find out what is required with your hardware, but most of our SIM cards by default, are using whats called a triple-cut SIM with 3 sizes: 2FF - mini | 3FF - micro | 4FF - nano

Billing Questions

Here are some frequently asked billing questions.

How does my plan renew?

You will be sent an email prior to the end of the term with the option to renew the plan.

Can i get plans that run for longer than a 12 month term?

Yes, we have plans that are set up for multi-year terms. Contact us for details.

What are my options for payment on the plans?

Your billing options include paying via credit card and also via ACH. Contact us for details on how to set up.

Are there additional, hidden charges such as tax and carrier fees on the plans?

Our plans are all-inclusive of any fees, so you wont see any additional charges.
