The MR-350 S4 (5Hz) includes an embedded receiver and anantenna. This receiver up to 48tracking verification channels while providing fasttime-to-first-fix, precise position updates, lowpower consumption, and adds the capability of Wide AreaAugmentation System (WASS). TheMR-350 S4 (5Hz) design uses the latest technology and high-level circuitintegration to achieve superiorperformance while minimizing space and power requirements. Allcritical components of thesystem include the RF/IF receiver hardware and the digitalbaseband are designed andmanufactured by GlobalSat to ensure the quality and capability ofthe GPS.
The MR-350 S4 (5Hz)can be utilized in a variety of applicationsthat require a permanent mountingconfiguration. With bulkhead (through-hole) mounting and alow-profile housing, the MR-350 iscompletely self-contained and waterproof. Typical application caninclude marine environments,aviation, commercial use such as fire truck, police cars andutility vehicles and buses. Theextended 4.5 meters cable allows for easy routing to yourequipment behind, headliners and sidepanels and terminates to a custom PS/2 connector.
