The Peplink MAX BR1 Pro 5G (MPN: MAX-BR1-PRO-5GK-T-PRM) is a next-generation mobile router designed to deliver gigabit speeds and reliable, unbreakable connectivity, living up to its moniker, “The Classic Goes Sonic.” Integrated with a new generation multi-core CPU and the latest X65 chipset, this device offers up to 8 times faster performance than the original BR1 Classic. It is equipped with a single 5G embedded modem, supporting an extensive range of 5G (NSA & SA) Sub 6Ghz bands (including n1, n2, n3, n5, n7, n8, n12, n13, n14, n18, n20, n25, n26, n28, n29, n30, n38, n40, n41, n48, n66, n71, n75, n76, n77, n78, n79) and numerous LTE bands. This makes the BR1 Pro 5G highly versatile for global deployments and certified for major US carriers like Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and US Cellular. The physical design is streamlined, measuring 5.78 x 5.08 x 1.15 inches (146.8 x 129 x 29.3 mm), making it approximately 25% slimmer than its predecessor, while still offering robust performance in a wide operating temperature range of -40° to 65° C (-40° F to 149° F). For robust physical connectivity, the router includes 2 GbE LAN ports and 1 GbE WAN port, with the WAN port convertible to a LAN port.
