The Dragino DS03A-LB is a LoRaWAN door sensor. It detects door status and sends the data to an IoT server via a LoRaWAN network. The DS03A-LB sends data every day and (optionally) every time the door is open or closed. The door status, open time, and open counts are viewable in the IoT server.
DS03A-LB is powered by an 8500 mAh Li-SOCl₂ battery, designed for long-term use of up to 10 years.
The DS03A-LB has a datalog feature that records data even when there is no network coverage, allowing users to retrieve the logged sensor values. Additionally, the DS03A-LB features an open alarm system. For example, an alarm is sent if the door has been open for a set time length.
Each DS03A-LB comes preloaded with a set of unique keys for LoRaWAN registration that when registered, would automatically connect the device to the LoRaWAN server after powering on
