The Dragino NDS03A is an NB-IoT door sensor. It detects door status and sends the data to an IoT server via an NB-IoT network. The NDS03A sends data every day and (optionally) every time the door is open or closed and can connect to two door sensors. The door status, open time, and open counts are viewable in the IoT server.
NDS03A is powered by an 8500 mAh Li-SOCl₂ battery, designed for long-term use of up to 5 years.
The NDS03A has a datalog feature that records data even when there is no network coverage, allowing users to retrieve the logged sensor values. Additionally, the NDS03A features an open alarm system. For example, an alarm is sent if the door has been open for a set time length.
Using NB-IoT technology, the NDS03A has significantly reduced power consumption and increased efficiency, most notably in areas with deep coverage.
